Rhema is a nurse-led care and support service. We use the nursing experience of our directors to address the increasingly complex needs of individuals being cared for in the community, who often have multiple chronic conditions.
Services are designed to maximise independence, building on the strengths of each individual to rebuild skills, life skills, live safely at home, supported accommodation and in the community and maintain social and community connections.
We pride ourselves in our flexible and co-operative approach to our work to ensure the people who use our services receive a high quality service.
